PLANNING ENGINEER : We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated Planning Engineer To Join Our Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support project objectives and deliverables.
2.Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
3.Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as lead a team or participate as a team member.
4.Prepare and present regular progress reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to project stakeholders and senior management.
5.Understand and apply the HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.
6.Understand and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the engineering, construction, or related industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera (P3/P6 package or equivalent)., Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Project / Schedule set-up in P6 / Cloud
-Above 7 years of proven experience in planning and project management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
