Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to implement HSSE Management System within country operations and comply with .
Schedule and perform internal audits and carry out second party audits when required Internal audit and QSI
QHSE inductions are carried for all levels of management and for Segments and
contractor on field site.
Development of Training plans, presentations and manuals.
Ensure relevant standards are developed and maintained.
Train & support the Project Client , Subcontractors and Staff where applicable.
Monitor and assess delegate performance in line with relevant standards.
HSE documentation evolvement to the business units within the client
Participate in regular meetings with HSE Training Manager/Project HSE Manager to discuss planning and delivery of training courses & QHSSE campaign.
Maintain Lifting Gear Register and all equipment and tools certifications.
Lead/ Facilitate/ Participate in accident / incident investigation and reporting as necessary.
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by HSE Manager.
