Job Description # Receiving & dispatch of material/ product at their location. # Identification of material / product when it is on the shop premises. # Making out receiving and loading notes with descriptions of material / product. # Issuing of material / product from stock and filling out material requestions. #Maintain stock and inventory lists for all raw material and consumable stocks and keep the inventory list always current. #Continual stock assessment for reconciliation with account stock list. # Control issuance of material from stores to production or shop personnel. # Purchase requisitions to procurement for stock replenishments in timely manner. #Accountable for efficient maintenance of stocks required for running company's operations at all times. # Authorized to issue material to various dept with the facility for usage. #Authorized to receive material and access stores at all times. ## Minimum 5 years of experience / high school or collage level. ## Must know about computer Ms office. ## Should know Arabic / English.
