We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager - Low current Smart products, like, CCTV, Access Control etc... to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
You will also oversee marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: -
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals -
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients -
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target markets -
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support -
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns -
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly -
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients -
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process -
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
