Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support on HR related Government Affairs, HR Admin services and facilities management and contribute to the long-run development of HR/Admin function and improve employee satisfaction.
Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives, Policy and systems.
Revierw Performance of employees.
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods•
Prepare and extend Employment Offer letters after obtaining necessary approvals.
Handle Mobilization & Demobilization, Onboarding & Deboarding of employees.
Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for.
Providing Training to new employees as well as existing employees.
Working closely with HR and Government affairs department to give more support for new joiners•
Assist in on boarding of new team members.
Manage and tackle all government HR related e-service portals; including but not limited to,MUDAD, MUQEEM, GOSI, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources.
Handle medical Insurance coverage.
Handle Grivance.
