Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Some employers may prefer candidates with a Master’s degree or professional HR certifications.
Experience:
Previous experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or in a related administrative position.
Typically, 2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, or HR administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
