Job Description:
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain construction standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Utilize construction software tools for project management, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in civil construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
Proficiency in construction software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
