As an Assistant Store Manager at our shoe store, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales floor operations
Providing leadership and guidance to store staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to customers
Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays
Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving store performance
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Assisting with staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in retail, preferably in the footwear industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
