Responsible for recording the day-to-day attendance of all project employees using manual and biometrics time punching machines.
* Prepare time sheets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Get approval from the line managers and department/section managers.
* Report all absentees on timely manner to the line manager, department manager, project manager and HR dept.
* Send the times sheets to the payroll department for payroll processing after obtaining all levels of checks and approvals.
* Inform HR department for initiating disciplinary actions against absentees from time to time
Requirements
* You are required to have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years', experience at a construction site out of which 2 years in a similar role on a large scale construction projects.
* You are required to be fluent in English & Arabic (Optional) and have excellent communication skills with stress management ability.
