Electrical Supervisor

Job location: Qassim province, Saudi Arabia

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Purpose:

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the electrical team, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and security of automation systems, and proposing and implementing electrical plans and procedures in line with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Educational & Technical Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation engineering or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge and Experience:

? Proficiency in PLC (S7) and electrical control and electronic circuit design.

? Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

? Strong command of English with knowledge of Arabic being advantageous.

? Familiarity with statistical process control and problem-solving techniques.

? Practical knowledge of MS Office 2010 or later versions.

Experience:

? 3 – 5 years of experience in utility services & contracting company.

Job Responsibilities:

? Define, propose, and monitor plans and objectives of the electrical team aligned with Engineering Policy and Key Principles.

? Propose and implement work processes, procedures, and technical resources for the electrical team.

? Lead and coordinate the electrical team to ensure competency, motivation, and performance alignment with mission and objectives.

? Propose and manage the electrical component of site budgets and capital projects.

? Monitor electricity usage against key performance indicators, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency.

? Develop and execute maintenance and inspection plans to enhance reliability and security of automation systems.

? Ensure safety of installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures, and training.

? Oversee electrical safety, distribution, energy conservation, legal compliance, and address related complaints.

? Supervise and collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve electrical issues.

? Assign maintenance tasks to the team and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

? Manage electrical documents efficiently through proper filing and archiving procedures.

? Design installations with flexibility to adapt to changing environments while prioritizing safety.

? Establish backup procedures for all automation systems.

? Facilitate the adoption of new technologies in coordination with local and market needs.

? Perform other duties as assigned
