Division: Freight Forwarding Dept -
The functional Job tasks :
FCL and Air Freight Import/Export :
1- Receive, verify, and confirm Cost and sell rates from Origin/destination offices
2- Open Job file and send Routing Orders to origin/destination office and follow up
3- Provide proper update on the shpts routed to the customer till the shpt reach
destination and D/O released to the consignee.
4- Invoice the customer according to the sell rate on quotation and dispatch the same to the customer immediately once the Scope of work completed as per the quotation
5- dispatch B/L, Awb and invoice to the customer and follow up for payments
6- follow up with the shipping lines, airlines and vendors for their invoices and prepare necessary entries in system for timely payments within a week from receipt of the invoices or as per the credit terms agreed with them
7- Escalate all issues and discrepancies to Management for resolution and follow up
8- Verify file closure on each job performed and consult with management if needed
9- Communicate to network offices and the consignees on Prepaid shpts and ensure that ECULINE, KSA receive profit share from origin offices and releases D/Os in time.
10- Perform all other tasks assigned by the line manager from time to time.
Pricing :
1- Send rate requests to origin offices and develop data bank for the charges communicated for future references
2- Address quarries on all the pricing requirements from the network for Saudi Arabia and respond within 24 hours
3- Keep track of all the rates supplied to the network offices for future reference
4- Assist line Manager in projects and RFQs to meet the timelines provided by customers
