Duties & Responsibilities:
• Generating invoice and invoice submission
• Proper filing and monthly audit of the invoices filed.
• Answering customers with any quarries related to SOA or Invoicing.
• Monthly SOA generation and Cash account maintenance.
• Accounting of received payments from the customers by writing the payment slip.
• Delivery note follow-up with warehouse after the materials are delivered.
• Sending weekly reports of the invoicing status to the team.
• Carry out any duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Must know English (Hindi & Malayalam are added advantage).
• Must have a valid transferable iqama.
• Must have bachelor's degree.
• Must have good knowledge of outlook, MS office & all other related programs.
