Operations Coordinator for Rental Manpower & Equipment is responsible for processing manpower and equipment requisitions for
administrative, management and skilled craft positions and equipment as per Company and Client requirements. He ensures that
related administrative paperwork and duties are handled in a professional and timely manner.
Following the request from All projects, for the rental manpower and equipment.
? Get documents through rental department or direct from suppliers in order to verify as per project requirements before
mobilization at site.
? Follow-up and expedite for Breakdown machinery to rectify it ASAP and take necessary action for Idle Machinery at site.
? Mobilization and demobilization of rental manpower and Equipment as per Projects requirements.
? Internal transfer of AURCO employees as per Projects requirements, in order to optimize utilization of AURCO manpower.
? Arrangement of required training and certifications for employees, based on project requirements.
? Mobilization of AURCO employees as per site requirements came from vacations.
? Follow up with other departments within the organization regarding rental manpower and equipment for smooth
Operations at Project site.
? Checking and verifying of rental suppliers’ invoices, and get approval in order to process the payment for rental manpower
and equipment.
? Follow up with Admin department for day-to-day activities for all Projects.
