The role and responsibilities of a QA/QC Manager are to establish and implement the Project Quality Management System. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following :-
• Prepare method statements and ensure all requirements are included.
• Schedule inspections of works in coordination with the Site Engineer.
• Prepare and maintain inspection logs and records, and obtain approval from clients.
• Inspect calibration certificates of measuring tools.
• Maintain third-party testing reports.
• Review Quality Control records and ensure correctness.
• Develop and implement quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance.
• Manage and supervise the project site.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure they are correctly followed on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work & equipment progress reports.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Submit pre-qualifications and MAR (Materials Approval Request) to a consultant.
• Submit WIR (Work Inspection Request) and MIR (Materials Inspection Request).
• Review codes, specifications, and processes.
Preference will be given to those who have previous approval with Red Sea, NEOM, and Amaala projects
