Progress Tracking: Regularly monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project schedules and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project plans and objectives.
