Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project schedules and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project plans and objectives.
Change Management: Assessing the impact of changes to project scope, schedule, or resources and updating project plans accordingly while ensuring proper documentation and communication.
