Project Coordinator
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring everyone is informed of project goals, tasks, and deadlines.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly track project progress and performance against established plans, identifying any deviations and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Resource Management: Assist in the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests, to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and specifications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes.
Problem Solving: Address any challenges or obstacles that arise during project execution, employing creative problem-solving techniques to find practical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or doploma in a relevant field (e.g., project management, engineering, business administration).
Proven experience (3-5 years) in project coordination or related roles, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
