Job Description:
As an Admin Assistant for our sales team, you will play a crucial role in following up on sales activities, coordinating with team members, tracking orders, and managing our company systems efficiently. Your duties will include generating reports, handling customer calls to follow up on collections and service levels, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on sales activities.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team.
Track orders and maintain accurate records in the company system.
Prepare and present reports related to sales and customer interactions.
Handle customer calls to ensure timely collection and assess the level of service provided.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using office and database software.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Fluent in Arabic, as we highly prefer candidates who can communicate effectively with our Arabic-speaking clients.
