Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, including contracts, policies, procedures, and reports.
Establish and maintain a systematic filing system, ensuring documents are properly indexed and easily accessible.
Manage and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minute-taking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Nationality: Filipino
Bachelor's Degree in related field
3-5 years of experience in relevant field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
