Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Installation /Maintenance of Access Control, Security systems/Queue management solutions.
• Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
• Support users of CCTV system
• Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Install, repair and update access control boards, card-swipe equipment, alarm devices, door alarms, locks etc.
• Install and maintain client/server computers.
• Setup, configure, and test hardware and software components
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support for clients in order to provide quick resolution to problems
• Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product lines
• Provide training to clients regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
Skills:
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, various Windows operating systems.
• Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as part of an emergency on-call rotation;
• Good written and oral skills;
• Valid Driving’s License (KSA Driving license preferable)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while in the office or in the field;
• Prefer experience in POS industry and/or camera installations;
• Experience in configuration, installation, training and support of hardware or software products.
