Job description (Mechanical Engineer):
- Review Client's Asset technical documentation and requirements
- Controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents
- Defines engineering requirements.
- Performing routine Preventive/Predictable Maintenance.
- Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
- Provides technical support to technicians. - Leads corrective maintenance of assets. - Complies with all company safety rules and procedures.
- Lead installation and testing projects during product change-over.
Job description (Mechanical Technicians):
- Pool Knowledge: Understanding different pool types, their components (pumps, filters, skimmers), and functions is essential.
- Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain water systems, filter systems, and pumps, and efficiently assess and repair non- functioning machinery or equipment from mechanical and electrical perspectives. - Basic Plumbing Skills: Understanding pool plumbing systems and minor repairs can be helpful for some pool maintenance tasks.
- Monitors and reacts promptly to routine demand maintenance requirements.
- Utilizes various mechanical and electrical test equipment.
- Complies with all company safety rules and procedures.
- Troubleshoots equipment stoppages and reacts accordingly.
- Follow all established standard operating procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
