The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
- Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available as needed.
### Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior and exterior fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
