JOB PURPOSE:
To analyze and capture budget and expenses reports & cost KPI, identify gaps and come up with action plans to achieve best quartile performance in the maintenance division in term of cost efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Support PMT with inputs in preparing annual Maintenance budget.
2. Prepare & Review all expenditures reports & KPIs in line with overall Maintenance cost along with forecast expenditure and identify
areas for an improvement.
3. Contribute in developing/updating the work procedure and work instructions that are involving costs.
4. Perform Monthly R&M FCC cost review and coordinate with finance department to do appropriate reclassification if required.
5. Provide the monthly and Year-end Accrual for Repair and maintenance and manpower cost.
6. Review and perform spot audits on cost-management (Accruals, Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoice entries)
7. Investigate and Explore more cost reduction opportunities through historical cost analysis review
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Accounting or Finance
2. Certified Cost Control Engineer.
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS::
1. Industrial background with experience in the maintenance of plant equipment.
2. Adequate knowledge to prepare and analyze budget & expenses reports and provide direction for improvement.
3. Proficient in KPI definition, capturing methods, analysis, reporting and corrective measures.
4. Expert in MM and PM module in SAP.
5. Proficient in Microsoft office.
