As an HR Supervisor, you must perform staff management, hiring processes, payroll processing, social welfare, employee relations, HR policies, dealing with manpower companies, and Saudi Labor law. You should be able to manage the responsibilities quickly with a positive attitude.
Preferences for:
• Male Candidate.
• Age preferred – 35 – 45 yrs.
• Must possess an MBA in HR.
• Minimum 6-10 Years of experience in KSA in the same field.
• Sound knowledge of Saudi labour law & GOSI.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office & Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Energetic with a can-do attitude.
