Senior Mechanical Engineer
Senior Electrical Engineer
Senior Structural Engineer
These engineers will be at the forefront of utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to develop and coordinate the mechanical aspects of the project, in addition to performing calculations, design gap analysis, and design development.
Relevant Education:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, specifically in producing shop drawings using BIM methodologies.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and other relevant tools is essential.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of professionals, including engineers, BIM coordinators, BIM modelers, and draftsmen.
Strong design skills with the ability to perform design gap analysis and contribute to the design development process.
Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations, particularly those relevant to mechanical systems in Saudi Arabia.
