We are currently seeking a DATAENTRY OPERATOR with sales experience office job to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The person will be responsible for managing and controlling the Manpower & documents related.
Job Type: Full-time, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Manage Projects, Manpower, Invoice all organize & efficient manner.
Maintain and control all project-related documents in an organized and efficient manner.
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to relevant parties.
Develop and maintain project document control procedures.
Track, monitor, and report on the status of project documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documents.
Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide document control support to project teams as needed.
Manage the document control system and ensure its effectiveness.
Prepare reports and maintain metrics related to document control activities.
Requirements:
Transferable Iqama
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a DATAENTRY OPERATOR or similar role.
Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
