We are currently looking Data Entry Operator. This is a full-time role that is located on-site at Farha Holding Co. in 02nd Industrial City Dammam. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for
Role Description and Responsibilities
• Maintain a computer filing system to store, retrieve, update and delete documents.
• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
• Verifies and logs receipt of data.
• Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
• Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• 1-2 years’ previous work experience in the same field.
Preferred Skills
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
