Position: Sales Engineer

Overview:

As a Sales Engineer at Supply Pioneers Company , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for understanding the technical needs of our clients and providing them with solutions that align with our diverse range of products. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between the technical aspects of our products and the needs of our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions. Our customers include B2B clients such as Big construction companies, hotels, large factories, and major hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our extensive product range.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including construction materials, plumbing materials, electrical equipment, safety equipment, HVAC spare parts, power tools, and hand tools.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they choose the right products for their specific applications and projects.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential and existing clients.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient order processing.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights for future strategies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industry.
