MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
- Maintenance Engineering Director and Engineering manager satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and keep updated the list of deliverables for the production of corrective and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Review D&B documentation to identify concerns related to the maintenance activities.
- Review D&B Safety Related items list and maintain the list during the maintenance execution.
- Support operations during the review and update of the maintenance corrective and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Participate in defining the Obsolescence management plan for the components at risk of going obsolete during the contract period.
- Release documents in the CMMS with the help of the document control and perform random assessment to make sure that it is functioning as per the requirements.
- Analyse repetitive failures and propose solutions.
- Conduct field technical survey and monitoring in order to enhance O&M overall performance.
- Conduct trial and validate performance and effectiveness of new products, modification or change.
- Establish Technical Specifications whenever necessary.
- Open technical issues log, keep it up to date, follow up solutions and close open issues.
- Propose changes to the D&B manuals to optimize the maintenance activities during the maintenance execution.
- Review component and system failures and propose design mitigation for all recurring failures.
- Support implementation of Alstom solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2-5 years of work experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- With experience and background in Rolling Stock.
- With experience and background in Railways
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
