Job Title: Planning Manager - Offshore Bridge, Dredging & Ground Improvement Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Manager to join our team for a challenging offshore bridge project. As the Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and scheduling activities to ensure the successful execution of the project in the offshore environment. Your expertise in project planning, coordination, and risk management will be invaluable in driving the project forward and achieving key milestones.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for the offshore bridge project.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define objectives, and establish deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, delays, or issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them in the offshore environment.

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to the offshore location.

- Utilize project management software and tools to track project activities, resource allocation, and progress.

- Perform data analysis and generate reports on project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics in the offshore context.

- Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity in offshore operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Planning Manager or similar role in offshore bridge construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on offshore operations.

- Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to the challenges of the offshore environment.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including offshore teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while adhering to offshore safety protocols.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on offshore logistics and resource management.
