Job Description-
-Reviewing the EPC Contract and Purchase Orders issued to various subcontractors &
vendors.
- Drafting letters as required and/or requested by the Project Control Team. Drafting
contractual emails for Project Control Team as and when requested.
- Maintaining letter tracking logs and updating the letter correspondences to monitor and
report any pending responses.
- Assist Contract Engineer/Manager and Project Control Team in managing contractual
correspondences and keeping a track of communications.
- Assist the Contract Engineer/Manager to manage contractual relationships with the
Client and other Project Stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Control Team for effectively managing internal project
communications within the Project Team.
- Using the organization’s EDMS to maintain official correspondence.
Requirement-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
Fresh ~ 02 years of experience.
(Mech./Elec. Engineering degree to be preferred).
- Proficient computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. (MS Office)
- Excellent English drafting skills; Good User.
Preferred IELTS Band Score of 7.0 ~ 7.5 overall.
- Familiarity with FIDIC would be preferred, but not mandatory.
