Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with architects to develop MEP design concepts, specifications, and drawings
* Coordinate MEP design and installation activities with other disciplines
* Conduct technical reviews of MEP drawings, calculations, and specifications
* Assist in procurement of MEP materials and equipment
* Provide technical support and oversight during construction phase
* Implement quality control measures for MEP systems
* Monitor project budgets and expenditures
* Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
* Professional engineering license or certification preferred
* Minimum 7 -15 years of experience in MEP design and construction
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software
* Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
