Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, with a focus on trench excavation, duct laying, and manhole and handhole installation. The candidate should be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and familiar with the regulations and guidelines set by Baladia and other local authorities.
Responsibilities:
Trench Excavation:
Supervise and coordinate trench excavation activities.
Ensure safety and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Duct Laying:
Oversee the installation of ducts for various utilities.
Ensure proper alignment, depth, and protection of ducts.
Manhole and Handhole Installation:
Manage the installation of manholes and handholes as per project drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and safety measures are adhered to.
Survey:
Conduct and supervise site surveys to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans.
Use survey equipment to measure and verify project dimensions.
Drawing Reading:
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the provided designs.
Regulations Compliance:
Understand and implement rules and regulations set by Baladia and other local authorities.
Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in trench excavation, duct laying, and manhole/handhole installation.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying.
In-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
