Reports to: Procurement Manager Location Riyadh H.O
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS ? University degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Business Admin. or any related field ? Computer literate, English Fluent, Negotiation Skills is an Advantage, Contracts analysis is an Advantage, PMP is an Advantage ? Excellent oral and written communication skills. / must be Bilingual (Arabic/ English). ? Knowledge / Training of Supply Chain Management is an Advantage. ? 3 – 5 Years’ experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Handling and following-up of procurement (P.Os), Documentation, Emails, Reports.
? Coordinates among different departments withing the company.
? Manages the day-to-day activities of the department within the stated policies and objectives of the company.
? Track inventory and restock goods when needed
? To check that Purchases goods or services meet the quantity and quality expectations of the Company/ Projects.
