Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing BOQ, cost control and contract administration to ensure the successful execution of projects within budgetary constraints and contractual obligations in an efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Survey the site for the pre-selection process.
• Prepare detailed estimates and bill of quantities as per drawings.
• Communicate with the client regarding any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Prepare any tender or contractual documents that must be undertaken before commencement of project.
• Analyze the feasibility of the project and the commercial risk involved.
• Set guidelines that must be followed to ensure legal and standards are met.
• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to set project timelines for an efficient handover.
• Manage any variations that occur during the construction process.
• Conduct reviews at project end to ensure the as-built quantities match the original bill of estimates.
• Prepare as-built quantities bill and other handover documents.
Qualifications
• Must be highly knowledgeable in GRC, Fit-outs and Joineries.
• Experience of 5+ years in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Must have prior work experience with interior design using materials such as GRC, GFRC, GRG and in design Fit-out and Joineries.
• Experience in creating detailed calculations and performing structural analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
• The salary offered is 5000-6000 SAR per month. Only interested candidates should apply.
