• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with accountants and other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Related Field
