Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality problems.
* Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
* Train staff on quality procedures and ensure understanding and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Participate in customer and supplier quality audits and assist in resolving quality-related issues.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on quality performance.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
.Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience implementing quality management systems.
* Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC).
Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
