• Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to create and maintain project schedules, incorporating dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify deviations, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect and analyse project data, including progress reports, resource utilisation, and budget expenditures.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies to address potential schedule delays or disruptions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field;
• 5-6 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably in engineering, construction, or similar industries;
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6;
• English level B1.
