We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Sr. Project Engineer with extensive experience in handling Pipeline projects for Saudi Aramco. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical engineering projects within the oil and gas sector. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in mechanical systems, and a deep understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead mechanical engineering projects from conception through to completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Technical Expertise:

- Provide mechanical engineering expertise and guidance on all project phases.

- Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, industry codes, and safety regulations.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

- Liaise with Saudi Aramco representatives and ensure alignment with their requirements.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately.

Quality and Safety:

- Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve project issues and challenges.

- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from the project plan.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering project management within the oil and gas industry.

- Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is essential.

- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco engineering standards, procedures, and requirements.

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.

- Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
