2 HSE Officer With Housing Project Experience Wanted

Key Responsibilities:

1.HSE Policy Implementation:

1.Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs specific to the housing project.

2.Ensure that HSE policies are communicated and enforced among all project staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

2.Risk Assessment and Management:

1.Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses for all construction activities.

2.Identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

3.Site Inspections and Audits:

1.Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

2.Conduct HSE audits and report findings to the Project Manager.

3.Ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.

4.Incident Investigation and Reporting:

1.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

2.Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all incidents and HSE activities.

5.Training and Awareness:

1.Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

2.Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks, safety meetings, and other communication methods.

6.Regulatory Compliance:

1.Stay updated with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.

2.Ensure the project complies with local, state, and federal HSE laws and regulations.

7.Emergency Preparedness:

1.Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

2.Coordinate and conduct emergency drills and exercises.

8.Waste Management and Environmental Protection:

1.Implement and monitor waste management programs to minimize environmental impact.

2.Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and adherence to environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

?Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

?Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the construction industry.

?In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.

?Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.

?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
