Electrical Engineer 05nos

Should have a minimum 5 years of Gulf experience

With valid Iqamah

T&C and Project Closeout - Sequence of document preparation along with T&C activities

1. CAS Sheet – preparation with site team to identify the systems in site and its status.

2. Commissioning Plan to be submitted with CAS sheet information – after identifying the assets in the site.

3. T&C Method of Statement Register – Update the systems in the CML template (remove the N/A assets), submit the register with the planned submission date of T&C Method of Statement.

4. Prepare the SOR for the status of ATPs – work availability in the site for T&C.

5. Commissioning Status Report (closeout plan) to be submitted asset wise – MEP, SACD, CCTV, ACS, ELV, FAS, FF, Electrical Panel, C&E, BMS, T&C Status (109 categories), ATP status, As Built etc. (on Weekly basis).

6. Log/Register to be prepared and submitted – OMM, Training Manual, FAT, etc.

7. ATP – Test Pack Sheet preparation asset wise – separate tracking sheet to be maintained with tag number, location details, feeding from and feeding to details, etc. – for our purpose and it will be useful during the final handover dossier submission.

8. ATP 1 – installation and its relevant documentation including the approved WIRs - preparation and submission – Site Team and QAQC to initiate and finalize immediately.

9. ATP 2 – Pre-commissioning / start up - preparation and submission.

10. ATP 3 – Commissioning / Stand Alone – preparation, relevant permits, commissioning of the assets and its approval. Test reports to be compiled and submitted as ATP 3 after obtaining the design parameters.

11. ATP 4 - integration with other asset list to be finalized – preparation, ensure with relevant specialists, and interfacing. Final status to be compiled and witnessed by Consultant, Specialists, and Third-Party T&C.

12. Operators Opening Plans.

13. Authority inspection and final certification.

14. HO Documentation and Deliverables (27 Items) - Preparation.

15. Final Handover Dossier submission.

1. IFC Technical Specification.

2. Approved Asset Register.

3. Approved Shop Drawing, Single Line Diagram and Flow Charts.

4. Contractors Red Line Drawings.

5. Approved As Built Drawings.

6. Approved O&M Manual.

7. Clearance Certificates from the local authority BCC, Life Safety System, Lifting company, Electric power system, CCTV ACS, Aircraft Warning Lights, Telecom providers/Utility companies.

8. Approvals/Certification from the independent testing agencies – Potable Water, CHW, Electrical, FLS/Civil Defense, etc.

9. Approved T&C Reports.

10. Warranties/Guarantees.

11. Keys.

12. Training Materials.

13. List of Spare Parts and Special Tools.

14. Snag Lists.

15. NCR (Closed/Outstanding).

16. Electrical Utility Company Account Number.

17. Electrical, Water, and BTU Meter Readings.

18. Request for TOC.

19. Outstanding Works – List of outstanding works with planned completion dates.

20. Contractors Details – Organization Chart, Name, Contact Details, and escalation matrix for DLP.

21. Contractors and Consultant Contact Details during DLP.

22. Builders Insurance and Consultants Indemnity Insurance for DLP.

23. As Built Finishing Schedule.

24. List of Specialist, Suppliers & Subcontractors Contact Details.
