Engineer
* General Requirements:
• He shall have a very good command of spoken and written English for
technical writing and commercial communication.
• He shall have an EXPERIENCE of safety engineering dealing with
heavy duty equipment.
• He shall have the ability to plan and analyze assigned projects,
establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to
accomplish system objectives, involving complex equipment
applications.
• He shall be able to plan and execute safe handling of materials by the
Equipment.
• He shall have the knowledge of the functions of variety of hand tools,
diagnostic tools, power tools, and accessories of the Equipment.
• He shall have an excellent communication and documentation skills,
with ability to communicate technical issues to the Project Manager,
Inspector’s foremen and the Company Representative.
Education
• He shall have a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, or Company approved
equivalent.
• He shall have ample knowledge on heavy duty equipment operation.
Experience
• He shall have 4-6 years experience in equipment operations, safety
environment, and related field on manufacturing, construction, chemical
or oil industry.
• He shall have extensive knowledge of maintenance of cranes, forklifts,
trailer trucks, loader trucks, excavating equipment, lorry, and light
vehicles.
• He shall have a thorough knowledge in activities like scheduled and unscheduled vehicle and equipment maintenance, safety operations of
heavy duty equipment, rigging, and related activities which utilize heavy
duty equipment.
Inspectors:
General Requirements
• He shall communicate with the Project Manager to determine the
specific requirements of a given work task, including the scope of work,
deliverables, and schedule.
• Handle inspections at the actual work site/location to ensure quality of
work.
• He shall ensure the services provided are performed in accordance with
the work and Contract requirements in a safe and timely manner.
• He shall generate and process timesheets and inspection reports in an
expeditious and thorough manner, complying with all applicable
deadlines.
• He shall be detail oriented with a dedication to the quality control and
quality assurance process.
• He shall have an excellent communication and documentation skills,
with ability to communicate technical issues to the Project Manager,
Engineer and the Company Representative.
Education
• He shall have a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, or Company approved
equivalent.
• He shall have ample knowledge on heavy duty equipment operation.
1.3.3. Experience
• He shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience with heavy
equipment site inspections - specific to heavy construction equipment,
vehicles and lifting equipment.
• He shall have a strong working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI and major
safety standards.
• He shall have experience with implementing safe operating guidelines'
and foreseeing/correcting operator errors.
Foreman:
General Requirements
• He shall be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English,
knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• He shall schedule work for all the operators down to the helpers,
ensures the availability of relief manpower (substitutes), and monitors
subordinates’ operation and maintenance of assigned equipment for
adherence to departmental procedures and safety regulations.
• He shall have a good PC skills and operations with programs for
equipment management, reports generation, and daily errands’
administration.
• He shall possess the leadership skills to administer and control a large
number of drivers, operators, riggers, and helpers under his
supervision.
• He shall be competent to identify unsafe conditions existing/arising in
the work site and suggest and carry out remedies.

Education:
• He shall have a B.Sc. Degree and/or a Diploma holder, or Company
approved equivalent.
• He shall have ample knowledge on heavy duty equipment operation.
Experience
• He shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience with heavy
equipment site supervision - specific to heavy construction equipment,
vehicles and lifting equipment.
• He shall have the ability to multi-task and properly execute multiple
simultaneous assignments without sacrificing efficiency or quality of the
work.
• He shall maintain comprehensive records for each item of equipment
with respect to down time, mechanical malfunctions and repairs
necessary. Assembles reports on the suitability, reliability, availability
and operating costs of various models of equipment.
• He shall liaise with Contractor’s local maintenance team for the repair
and maintenance of all heavy duty equipment, Ensuring that routine
maintenance, such as greasing and the like, is perform by subordinates
according to the maintenance schedules.
• He shall assist with interviewing potential employees, trains and
evaluates new operators, and recommends subordinates for
disciplinary action.
• He shall have thorough knowledge of the safe lifting operations for
heavy loads.
Clerk/Data Entry:
General Requirements
• He shall be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate
with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• He shall perform administrative duties such as keeping time sheets,
maintaining daily equipment logs, submitting manufacturer warranties,
and processing necessary company permits and security badges.
• He shall be cooperative and able to work as part of a team.
• He shall have good writing and other communication skills, be detail
oriented, and be adaptable.
Education
• He shall have a completion of Secondary Education (12 years)
• He shall have one (1) year typist training.
Experience:
• He shall have at least 3 years of office environment experience.
• He shall have a good knowledge of English.
• He shall have the ability to type in English at 40 w.p.m.
• He shall have thorough knowledge in PC skills (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, etc.).
1.6. Drivers and Operators
1.6.1. General Requirement
• He shall be able to understand instruction given in English.
• He shall have a thorough knowledge of how to safely operate their
vehicle.
• Qualified/Applicable operators shall undertake a third party operators’
test as required by Company’s Industrial Safety Department (ISD).
Education:
• He shall have Saudi Arabian permits to drive/operate their applicable
vehicles.
1.6.3. Experience
• He shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of
operating/driving their applicable vehicles.
