Location : Neom OXAGON Terminal 1 Port Infrastructure and building works City Port Project.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking experienced and highly organized Qualified Document Controllers to join our team for our prestigious Port project in Neom city, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining the project's comprehensive document control system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Establish and implement robust document control procedures and processes.

- Develop and maintain a centralized document repository, ensuring easy access and traceability.

- Review, track, and distribute project documents, drawings, and records.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of documents.

- Manage the document control workflow, including version control, distribution, and archiving.

- Provide training and support to project personnel on document control best practices.

- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure document control compliance.

- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve document-related issues.

- Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare periodic reports on the status of the project's document control activities.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Qualified Document Controller in Saudi Arabia.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proficient in using document control software and technologies.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Chinese languages, both written and verbal.

- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining effective document control systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.

- Familiarity with local document control regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia.
