procurement quality control engineer/supervisor

Job description

Location: Yanbu, KSA Education & Professional Qualification: Shall have a university or equivalent and seven (7) years inspection experience or a high school diploma with ten years inspection with a minimum of three (3) years of directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities relating to the nature of the FACILITIES to be provided under this Contract (e.g civil/ building projects, infrastructure, communication, etc. PQCS roles and responsibilities are defined below. i. Procurement Quality Control Engineer Reports to Project QA/QC Manager The Procurement Quality Control Engineer is responsible to cover: Inspect vendor, supplier's & manufacturer for purchase orders compliance with terms and conditions. Technical review and organize purchase order(s) inspection packages. Review &inspect sub-vendors quality procedures. Scheduling and coordination of source inspection. Review requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with contract requirements. Regularly give update the compliance status of Procurement to Project’s QA/QC manager. Following are his minimum deliverables Two Weeks Procurement look ahead Inspection Schedule Finalization of Lead & Backup Vendor Inspectors Vendor/Supplier Surveys Pre-Inspection Dossier Pre-fabrication Meeting In Progress Dossier Post Inspection Dossier Quality Fabrication Status Report Inspection Notification Status Report. Material Technical submittal Review check list Requirement: Candidate should have valid Iqama. Available to join immediately
