Senior Mechanical Operation Engineers for data Center ( Rotation shifts ,Day ,Evening ,Night )

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and perform the mechanical design review and design validation activities for the Mission Critical Technical Facilities including design drawings, layouts, schedules, calculations and capacity sizing, tables, BoQs, method of procedures, material technical submittals, and all design elements

2. Develop the design requirements, basis of design, and design specifications

3. Ensure the mechanical designs are:

• Meeting the customer’s requirements

• Following the local and international standards from quality, topology, and performance perspectives.

• Following the best industry practices.

• Following the latest environment & energy sustainability trends and practices

• Value engineered, optimized with CapEx/OpEx cost avoidance techniques in consideration

• With reduced implantation durations

4. Covered systems are:

• Precision and comfort HVAC systems (chilled water and DX systems, CRAH, CRAC, CAC, HAC, AHU, FCU, PAHU, FAHU, VRF, VAV, CAV, and ventilation systems).

• Ductworks, Piping, and Pumps

• Heat exchangers.

• Diesel power generators, fueling systems, sound attenuation, ventilation and cooling

• BMS

• Drainage/Gray water, Irrigation, stormwater systems

• Wet and clean agent firefighting,

• HSSD, Conventional and addressable Fire alarm.

• Raised flooring systems

5. Support in scope assignment, TCOs, CAPEX, and OPEX budgets for the projects its designs being reviewed

6. Provide advisory support on the mechanical systems operation by reviewing the operation policies, SOP, EOP, and MOP.

7. Track and recommend the adoption of new Industry trends.

8. Interface directly with TFM Management (Director and Section managers) to receive work assignments.

9. Perform on-demand site surveys and implantation quality assurance visits

10. Quantify, document, and regularly report the paid efforts and progress to the Team Leader.

Required capabilities, experience & skills

- Familiar with mission-critical facilities.

- Professional in using design tools (CFD, HAP, Elite, McQuay Duct & Pipe size, etc)

- Excellent AutoCad capabilities and skills

- Capable of working in multi-projects environments handling several tasks at the same time

- Hi communication skills with different vendors/contractors by clear and precise engineering design language and terminology

- Has good energy management knowledge

- Capable to carry out vendors’ technical assessment/evaluation.

- Having experience in design specification development

- Ability to handle technical troubleshooting.

- Having knowledge on Renewable Energy and Environment Sustainability

1. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Mission Critical Technical Facilities design (Central offices, Exchanges, data centers) experience.

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

- Advanced degrees or certifications in related technical fields (ATD, CTDC, CDCP, CDCS)

- Strong ability to clearly and concisely convey technical and non-technical information.
