Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and get the quotations and submit RFQ to management.
• Supplier Communication
• Order Processing
• Receive and process purchase orders from internal departments or external vendors.
• Verify accuracy of orders, including quantities, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Daily, Weekly internal reports and analysis
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Graduation)
• Experience in related field 2-5 Years (in Saudi Arabia).
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
