Position Overview:
Modern Electric Frequencies Est. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for driving business growth in our newly established division, offering new wiring and maintenance services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities for wiring and maintenance services.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
Present and demonstrate electrical solutions, addressing client needs and technical issues.
Conduct site assessments and provide tailored recommendations.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and service descriptions.
Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales within the electrical wiring and maintenance sector.
Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
