About Us:
Modern Electric Frequencies Est. is a newly established industrial trading firm based in Dammam. We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead our sales and maintenance operations, drive growth, and elevate our market position.
Role Overview:
Experience Required: 10+ years in sales engineering within Saudi Arabia, specializing in electromechanical items.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve market leadership.
Key Accounts: Manage and expand key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Trading Operations: Oversee trading activities, including negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and manage the maintenance of electromechanical products, providing technical support and solutions to clients.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales engineers and support staff.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure product integration and support align with client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in sales engineering with a focus on electromechanical items, including trading and maintenance.
Proven track record in managing large accounts and leading sales initiatives.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
