**Job Summary: **

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation and Inside Sales Engineer specializing in gas detection systems. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technical documentation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills to support our sales team and ensure the accurate estimation and documentation of gas detection projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Estimation:**

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for gas detection system projects, including equipment, materials, labor, and other associated costs.

- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive estimates.

- Update and maintain estimation databases and tools to reflect current market conditions and pricing.

2. **Inside Sales:**

- Provide technical support to the sales team, customers, and distributors regarding gas detection systems and solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to customers.

- Follow up on sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve sales targets.

3. **Technical Documentation:**

- Create, review, and manage technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Prepare technical documents required for project approvals and compliance.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical documentation and maintain records for future reference.

4. **Customer Support:**

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues.

- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for customers and distributors.

- Assist customers with product selection, system design, and integration to ensure optimal solutions.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to gas detection systems.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in estimation, sales, and documentation practices.

- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical and sales skills
