REQUIREMENTS:

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering or any with Architecture Education or in similar field discipline.

• For Non GCC Citizen Applicants: Must be an Iqama holder and must be transferrable (Visit and Tourist Visa is not Accepted).

• Nationality : Any

• Experience : Minimum of Eight (8) Years experience in Fit-outs,FF & E and Finishing Furniture Projects.

• Membership : Must be a registered member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

• Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCADD Software and primavera.

• Must have extensive knowledge in Engineering Principles

• Planning and project management skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.

• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.

• Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.

• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.

• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.

• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.

• Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.

• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.

• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.

• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and primavera
