We're looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanical Engineer (Saudi National) to join our growing construction team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining the complex mechanical systems that keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
• Design and develop mechanical systems for various construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings for equipment and materials.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise with mechanical systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and codes in the construction industry.
• Manage budgets and timelines for assigned projects.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Bonus Points:
• Experience with LEED or other green building certification programs.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
